The order procedure is simple. The site is designed to lead you with ease through the entire process.

- Surf the site until you find a product you are interested in then click on it.
- For your convenience all main products are bundled with the accessories that best match the product. You can chose to add these products by clicking them. The configurator shows a list of the products you're about to order. Should you chose to order the products on your configurator list, click the ‘add to bag’ button.
- You can continue shopping and as soon as you are done, click the 'view bag' button in the 'shopping bag' on the upper right side of your screen. You will see a summary of all the added products (including configuration) in your shopping bag. You can still adjust the quantities, remove products or continue shopping as desired.
- If you have a discount code, please enter your coupon code and press the 'apply coupon' button. Your discount will be automatically be deducted from the grand total.
- If you want a shipping estimate, please enter the country and fill in the other requested information of the delivery location. Press the 'get a quote' button to see the estimated shipping and tax costs. The final cost will be automatically be added to the grand total.
- If you have finished shopping and are ready to place the order, click the 'proceed to check out' button.
- In order to be able to process your order if you are a first time buyer we will need some personal information. You can register with us for future convenience by creating a password with your account or you can check out as a guest. Please choose an option and click the 'Continue' button. If you have chosen to register with us, your password and username will be sent to your email account for your own administration. If you have ordered before and have registered with us, you can skip this part and log in directly. If you have forgotten your password, click the 'Forgot your password?' button. Please fill in your emailaddress, a new password will be sent to you immediately.
- Please fill in the required information. After filling in your name and address, you can either choose to ship your order to this address or to another address. When the address is the same, you can click the 'Continue' button. When the address is not the same click the 'Ship to different address' button followed by the 'Continue' button. In this field you're able to fill in the address where you want your order to be delivered.
- After having ordered the product(s) you want, it will be delivered assembled at a local dealer in your neighbourhood who will contact you as soon as possible. Click the 'Continue' button to start the payment process.
- After having placed your order you will be redirected to the Ogone website for the payment. Click the 'Continue' button again. Now you will see the selection of products you have ordered. Also the prices are shown. If you accidentally have forgotten an item or if you want to order something extra you can always click on the 'Edit Your Cart' button. This enables you to continue shopping by clicking on the 'Continue Shopping' button. If your order is complete you will be redirected to the Ogone website. Please fill in the required information and click on 'Yes, I confirm my order' to finish the payment process.

How can I pay for my order?
Preferably bank transfer (no extra costs)
The total amount can be transferred to Johnny Loco Bicycles B.V. making reference to your order number. As soon as we have received the payment you will receive a confirmation by email that the order is being processed. The delivery time is based on the moment the payment confirmation is sent.
Cash on delivery (extra €7.50 charge)
You can pay for your order upon delivery. In this case you will be required to pay cash upon delivery. The extra costs for this selection are €7.50 per order plus the standard shipping costs.
Credit card (extra costs?)
Should you chose to pay by credit card then the payment will be processed by Ogone. Here a direct payment can be made with Eurocard/MasterCard of Visa. This payment system was developed and maintained by Ogone N.V., they are a certified and approved by the credit card issuers to clear payments. All credit card payments are secured by Ogone. For online banking you will be required to activate cookies in your web browser.
iDEAL (extra costs?)
Click on the iDEAL-logo to use the online payment system from your personal bank. You will be taken to your banks website where you will be required to log in. Once you are logged in all the payment information will be filled in automatically. Fill in the control number to finalize the payment. iDEAL is in conjuntion with the following banks: ABN AMRO, ING, RABOBANK, Fortis, SNS Bank, ASN Bank and Friedland Bank. For online banking you will be required to activate cookies in your web browser.
One time direct debt (no extra costs)
You can also chose for a one time direct debt. You give Johnny Loco Bicycles B.V. one time permission to debt your bank account for the total amount. Please be sure that there is enough balance on the account. As soon as the payment has been taken you will receive an email confirming when the order will be delivered. The delivery time is based on the moment the payment confirmation is sent. This payment option is only available for Dutch bank accounts.

With in the EU
We deliver our product after the order has been processed, with in 5 working days, to the nearest point of sale. Our network is constantly expanding and we do our best to get as close to you in the neighbourhood as possible. If there is no point of sale in the neighbourhood then you can place your order and we will deliver the product to your door.

2. By post(parcel service)
The products will be delivered by TNT-Post parcel service. If by chance you are not home, the TNT-Post parcel service will leave a pick up card which you will be required to take to the closest TNT-Post service point to pick up your products (location will be indicated on the card) The bicycle will be shipped 95% assembled. Instructions are included in the box that clearly explain the procedure as well as a tool set to get the job done. The final assembly takes a couple of minutes. We advise you to pass by your local bicycle repair shop to have the bike inspected as well as for regular maintenance.
Outside the EU
We ship the products as a package with the post. The shipping costs depend on the total order, weight, and chosen form of transport (airfreight, sea freight, etc.)

All Johnny Loco bicycles have a 5 year guarantee on the frame and 1 year on the mechanical parts. For detailed guarantee information please see our manual
In the Netherlands it is possible to insure you bicycle with an ART approved lock. In the Netherlands Johnny Loco has a partnership with a well known insurance company, Orion Direct. To insure the bicycle all you have to do is click this link. Fill in the required information and click the 'bereken de premie' button. You will see the different prices for insurance depending on your region and the price of the bicycle. Click the 'volgende' button and fill in the requested information. If you agree, then click the 'verzenden' button. The policy and the policy conditions will be sent to you.
